Description:  I grew up north of Boston, Massachusetts, with the Atlantic Ocean as my backyard. In 1999 I relocated to Denver to explore the West and experience a new place to live, and haven't regretted it at all. Today, my wife and I share a tiny little house in NW Denver with 2 retired greyhounds. I am a geographer by trade, and am finishing up graduate school spring of 2009. I am proud to work for the Continental Divide Trail Alliance, who manages all aspects of the CDT. My friend Chris and I opened a small photo studio named Bentwave in Denver in 2006, and we're actively involved in the local art scene, hosting First Friday Art Walks every month. In my free time you can find me working on this old house, walking the dogs, playing the drums, trout fishing, backcountry skiing, taking photos, and enjoying the Colorado lifestyle.
