Description:  Originally from Wisconsin, I moved to Colorado for my first time in 1991.  Since then I've moved away twice for job reasons, but don't feel at home anywhere but here anymore (I joke that I get hives if I'm east of I-25 for very long).  I started getting more serious about photography about ten years ago at the urging and coaching (which took considerable beer-bribing) of two co-workers who decided I wasn't too bad to have around on dry, dusty, thirsty desert trips.  I've been through three 35mm cameras, a 6x7cm system, a color darkroom, and have most recently, contentedly settled into the digital age.  I shoot scenery and wildlife as the opportunities arise, and anywhere I happen to get to.  I don't have aspirations of selling or necessarily exhibiting my shots, but I put together a basic, fun little website to allow friends and family to see how I spend my weekends and vacations.
